Its apex debt collection. they buy debts left over by everyone else for about ?1. knowing they have no leg to stand on enforcing the debt. ignore their calls completely, do not try to call them back. if they send you a letter refer to forums like citizens advice and money saving expert. i worked there for a week until i realised what s what. spineless, toothless chancers.

keep having these calls 4 this morning from 8.00 to 10.00. reported the number to offcom yesterday. I am ex directory so would love to know how they have got hold of my number. ...

what a nuisance unsolicited calls about how they could do this and that and wouldnt take no for an answer. In fact rang back to continue

Called 4 times on two different numbers within 1 hour. Horrific people that I wish absolute hell upon.

Very rude, aggressive and annoying callers. Similar to most comments above. They ve hung up on me twice now when I ask them what they want. I run my own photography business and they seem to be trying to sell advertising. It seems to be an Oxfordshire number, with very strong Indian and sometimes west African accents. Block and don t trust these people.

Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

Called both my mobile and my landline - both numbers have voicemail facility, but no message left on either! If it s important enough to call, they should leave a message. Just hanging up suggests it s some sort of telesales which, as I m registered with TPS, should not be happening. Am vey annoyed!!

saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

Getting a few calls from this number, they dont leave a voicemail. I dont bother wasteing my time in calling them back. Hopefully they will just stop calling when they get no response.

Today I have received my third consecutive call from these people in three days. Each call implied that my computer had been compromised. Todays call was the most aggressive so far. Because I refused to switch on my computer I was told that they would put a block on my access and that I will be billed for £200.
