Started as a silent call but picked up by "Danielle" with a Scottish accent. Offered to advise on how to reduce energy costs. Rang off when I started to ask questions about who they were. When I called the number back a recording said it was changed to 118196, a directory inquiries service run by Vox Clarity. Clearly a telemarketer after selling insulation etc

Its a scam agency. I don't know anyone from that area and the called didnt leave a message when I ignored call, they probably bought a phone number list. BE Careful
