this number just called my landline, when I answered there was only background noise like a call centre, no response to several "hello's", then I hung up
They called this afternoon around 16:30. I did answer but there was no background noise so assumed it was a nuisance call and put the phone down.
SCAM / SPAM said they were from Visa Headquarters and that a payment of £600 had been made on my Barclaycard. I don’t have a Barclaycard and when I suggested this they hung up. It was an Indian man and the phone number is a Rugby code.

So my energy provider has increased costs(passed onto the customer) to receive something they already have. I ll save costs for me and my provider by submitting on-line.
