likes others have said, they call several times a week and hang up if you ever answer. I got a "free" warranty from them when I brought a second hand car, now I m guessing they are trying to get me to extend this warranty as it s about to run out.

John Parker Employee ID number 1869438. Claiming I have to pay thousands of unpaid tax - HMRC tax fraud or being sent to court. His Superviser Michael Parker then said ok if you pay today... send a wire transfer --- even the number from Gloucester Police station 01452 saying they want to come and arrest me.

This is a scam caller from an Indian call center pretending to be from BT. Avoid.

Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I had an accident back it april and its all been sorted by my solicitor. This company keeps calling and trying to make me clain for a passenger in my vehicle that wasn t there. Also asking if i had signed a contract with my solicitor and if not they could take the claim over and get me more money......STAY AWAY FROM THESE AMBULANCE CHASERS.
