Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? This number belongs to PayStream. They are a company who provide payroll and accountancy services to contract workers (like me) and I am one of their customers. They called me on a matter relating to my account with them, so this was in no way a nuisance call to me. I can't guarantee they don't use it to cold call people who aren't customers, but either way they are definitely a genuine business and provide a useful service.

I only answered because they have called me repeatedly for over a month. A man first asked for Lucy then when I said hello again he asked for Paul. I called the number from my land line & its possibly a company called something like Turn Signal. When I asked him to repeat the name he asked for my name so I hung up.
This is a scam company - using basic phishing techniques - they claim to be the post code lottery, the accident claims group and PPI claims.
This number comes from Tyneside, I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
