This and another similar number called my land line and I called the one above back, as I was waiting for a call, but there was no reply Within five minutes a foreign man called back and stated I had phoned him a few minutes before. When told I was responding to a call from him, he insisted I had called him an hour ago (impossible as no one was home), and his attitude changed to verging on verbally aggressive. I hung up. I was phoned from this number and they claimed to be Telephone Preference Management. They said they were a genuine company and wanted to renew the service that I had set up with them 5 or 6 years ago and would need my bank details.
Fredriksons, whoever they are, how did they get my home number?Fortunately I have a BT Guardian phone that screens all calls if not in my call list.They announced who they were and I declined the call and blocked them.
