I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. This company has been calling my elderly vunerable neighbour since last year. I have lost count of how many times I asked them to take her off the call list. Reported to TPS seemed to stop for a while and has now started up again. Turned away 2 salesmen in last couple of weeks. Since Sept they have called her 9 times. A person with Dementia is not going to answer your questions correctly that you ask. She can t remember what day it is never mind if she has control over her own finances !! Vile disgusting

Automated message advising BT Internet would be shut down as it has been hacked, contacted BT and they confirmed this is not one of their numbers and no record of it - SCAM !!!!

Frequently have these calls from Asian sounding men and women who become quite aggressive when I ask why they are ringing, told them we have registered with the TPS and to take our number off their list but to no avail. This time I told them know one of that name at this address and they just asked if I was sure. Will be interesting to see if we get any more! Why hasn t someone tracked this number down and charged them with harassment calls?

I got the call just a few minutes ago. I did not recognise it. In let it ring. At the end it rang off and left no message.I am old and not keen to trust ssuch callers

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H
