Called and asked to speak to the phone contract owner, then sounded like they dropped the phone and just started laughing hysterically. I hung up.

Rang me about a valid accident looking to take a statement - I declined as they did not know my real name or address. Seemed very dodgy and was given advice that I did not have to give a statement to anyone but the Police.

I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. Called today, call centre in Halifax called Reactive Life, selling wills and funeral plans (something to do with Golden Charter?)

Don't know who they are, they have rung three times in last two days, I answered, nobody spoke at their end.

3 times this number has contacted me in the last 2 hour, each time asking for a different name none of which I know doing my head in now. They keep saying they will remove number then ring again half hour later!!
