Just been called by this number. Very unprofessional asking if I have life insurance with Aviva or Legal and Genreal. Claimed to be from Aviva, but couldn t tell me why he was asking. Hung up on him.

North of England accent on the usual PPI robocall redirection, possessed of a script so rigid that they were still chewing their way through it as I told them where they could go and what they could do when they got there.

An Indian voice, named James !, confirmed my details claiming to be from the Telephone Preference Service and asked if I was still getting unwanted calls. I confirmed that I still get these and he informed me that I needed to update my details with them as it was about to expire. He then asked if I paid by direct debit - at this point I realised this to be a scam and ended the call.

Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.

This number has called me twice today at 17.12 and 19.14. The caller hung up each time. Now I’ve blocked this number.

Received an International Call, from an Asian man, who claimed to be calling from the MOJ, as ?3,452 was mine to be claimed. I was to call 02081332009 with the ID number he gave me. I didn t call it but info online suggests they require you to pay for taxes in order to release the funds. This could be anything from ?90 to ?250, via a Ukash voucher. They would then take the serial number of the voucher and cash it, and you d never hear from them again.
