Called then hung up, no message or anything just straight hung up

I called the telecoms company who own this number range. They only provide inbound calling services, and this number isn t in use with any of their customers. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965. Number came up with Picture of white male named Andrew Roy based in Stirling. However on answering caller was Asian female who immediately launched into asking questions mode. I responded that I don t take cold calls on my mobile and wouldn t be answering her questions - she then went into attack mode and tried to argue why I should answer. Red buttoned and blocked.
