It is a Decision Direct company - who deals with claiming back PPI - They were a bit shady with my information so I ended the call.

They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. Exactly as with Andy, "problem with my computer" call today. Are the police not interested in this blatant attempt at a hacking scam?

Computer Control Scam.

Really weird, rang and asked for my daughter whom banks with co-op. Left her a message asking her to call 08448448899 ASAP as there was a problem with her account. She rang them later and they had no record of anyone calling her nor was there any problem with her account.

This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !

Sick and dangerous. Harassing people all the time.
