When I answer the phone, the line goes dead, as if I want to call someone. What is the point of that? Really annoying.

very noisy call centre. usual patter, how are you today etc claptrap.. said they are offering incentives in my area, they are asking about life planning, at that point I cut them off. Nuisance call,when is this harassment going to be stopped...I will report as usual to the ICO, probably another waste of time, great job if you can get it..
