This is SMART Insurance, they already had my number and details, the call was legitimate. I had a 3 year car scratch and repair policy, they asked me if I wanted to renew. All perfectly reasonable.
Pause before replying. Wanted to have 2 mins to talk. had identical call yesterday from a different number. Wanted to know age, marital status, retirement status. Indian accent, claimed to be calling from London. Confirmed correctly that it was raining so probably was UK call, Obviously marketing for pensions/investments. Didn t know about TPS
