Woman phoned asking if I was Miss (my girlfriend s name) I m not the butchest of guys but I don t sound like a woman.... Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. When I asked who it was from, she mumbled something about PPI at which point I put the phone down.

I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. I work at this company and just thought as I always get calls from companies I don t know, I always google them, so this may help somebody that receives a call from this number. We re a main service center for many companies and a base for repairs and spares for multiple manufacturers and retailers. If you ve received a call it s more than likely a spares request, or something to do with a repair.

What a giant surprise, a mid afternoon silent call from a spoofed mobile number. I m sure to have missed something good there!

home improvement company from Braintree. he had my name and i asked him if i had requested a call. he said it was his job to call me as part of his job. I said that it was a cold call and it was his company job not to ask him to call me especially as i am registered with the tps.He knows exactly what he is doing and he knows my right to say no to cold calls. Since this call was going nowhere he ended it because if you do not answer this survey all they have is your name and number to pester you another day
