Call center very unpleasant man asking about replacing windows, I told him it was none of his business & was about to say if I need new windows I’ll contact companies myself but a red mist came over him & in a angry tone he talked over me lecturing me about manners, of which he had none & then he put the phone down. Called no message left. When I returned the call a real person answered alleging they were from HMRC. The call had very noisy background which sounded like a call centre. I immediately hung up the call.
