This is a unwanted one way incoming call, From a debt collector named CSL Credit Security Limited. They call you even if you don?t have any debts. They don?t leave a voicemail and when you call back it?s just a beeping tone. Also they call you on your Viber app at the same time.

The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. This is Scottish Power and they don t leave messages. They have been trying to contact me since I told them I was leaving to go to another provider. When you try to call the number back the phone is always engaged. I must get 3 or 4 calls each day but don t answer as I have number recognition and don t want to speak to them. They can call for ever but they are wasting their time.
