SCAM I was out when this number called. They did not leave a message on my answer phone but the number was recorded on my incoming call information system. Using a recall system it was found the number had become non-existent and was therefore no longer traceable. This would indicate that it is from a SCAM telephone number/company. Fraud SPAM SCAM Told that I am being called from Visa Security Department saying that there has been a fraudulent purchase made for around £900 from my amazon or ebay account and whether I want to stop this fraudulent payment when no such purchase has been made or is even pending from my bank account. They hang up after almost 4min of asking why would you be calling me and not my bank. Very high chance that its fraud/scam

SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. I then told him to do something that I won't repeat and hung up.

Some nonsense about the care/warranty package for my tv, cooker and washing machine. Asked for company name and gave me two different names. Then when he asked for the year I was born, I told him 1900 and he hung up. The bloke on the other end was really thick and gullible and I hope his wife leaves him and his mother sleeps with his best friend

Number was not answered. A partial message which was distinctly robotic was attepmting to convince me that £900 pounds worth of shopping has been done using my debit card. Would I please press 1 if this was not me. Blocked. Defo a scam.

SCAM The number 01388764949 calls and when answered, immediately plays a synthetic male voice reading a Fake BT technical department message. Warns that your internet is going to be terminated in 24 hours because hacking has been detected from IP address. Message asked to press 1, to contact BT, or press 2 for other.

TAXES / HMRC Recorded voice message saying problem with your tax and your passport will be blocked if you don't call immediately.
