I called EE to have my services activated at my new house three days ago. I then had a phone call from this number to let me know that all my services will stay the same at the same price. They also reminded me that I was now not in a contract with them as it had ended and they asked if I would like to lock in the contract that I had previously so that my price plan would stay the same. 20 Oct 2021 - A message saying I had a suspicious transaction and they were suspending it until I called them. Didn't say who they were. My banks would have given more details and texts. Obviously some sort of scam. Don't answer.Reply

'Daniel' claims to be calling from First Utility to renew my contract. I don't have a contract with First Utility.

I ve had several missed calls as well as emails and text messages from various numbers asking me to contact Capital resolve. When I picked up today, they were not able to tell me what they are calling about without verifying my identity. I refused to give them my address details without some explanation, they were rude and said they will text me a link to their website so I can check for myself who they are... Will not be answering again after reading the comments here!
