Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Seems they have purchased quite a few numbers to scam people.
A number of calls referring to us by name, despite telepreference service. If you have 14258 Call Barring, use it if this number rings!

Called but no one was on the other side.
Received this call asking me about my Life Insurance. I tried to politely decline, however the caller was aggressive and kept interrupting me. I had to hang up and block the number.
