South East Asian caller, said that they were located in Bradford though the number comes up Swansea. Company called Beneficial, knew my personal details and wanted me to confirm. When I refused and asked what the call was about I was told that it was about my shopping habits and lifestyle. The caller did not verify the reason to call at the begining....wanted me to confirm my identity first.
My phone & broadband provider is TalkTalk Business. I got a call from this number and the person I spoke to introduced herself as calling to do "Market Research" on behalf of TalkTalk Business to gauge the level of their customers satisfaction. She had a worrying amount of information about me already; she began the call by asking "Can I confirm that I am speaking to *My Name* of *My Business s Name*, *My Business s Address* - with all of that information being correct. this is 100% scam...indian voice....i listened to this poor indian telling me about my accident...then he stopped and started asking me when i crashed and was it my fault...i asked him if he liked biscuits...the idiot answered and said yes..with a wee laugh..then he asked me again about the crash...i mentioned biscuits again..this time with tea....he used a bad word in indian accent...i gave him some personal advice...he was peed off...he hung up...so i will not find out where i crashed...scam ...i do not
