Called mobile, stating they are calling regarding an accident, when I asked where this accident had taken place operator said that detail was not available, Operator stated a date when this accident has supposed to have happened , when I answered that I had not had an accident she asked if I or anyone in the household had had an accident in the last 2 .5 years.
