That link looks like a Gov.com site ok but when I do a separate visit to Gov.com it states there that I do not need to apply for this. something fishy about this I think

SCAM A guy claiming his name is Sam and working for a company that helps tenants with property damage or something. He didn’t have my name and it was irrelevant to me - clearly a scam.
No idea! Couldn't understand his accent. Wanted to know if I was the bill payer. Wouldn't get the idea that I didn't want to speak to him for some 5 minutes ! Think he was from either a gas/elecric company and anted to know if I'd like a smart meter !!!
