This seems to be yet another PPI call - i have asked to be removed from their database but still seem to get calls from them on a weekly basis!
Fraud. Scam caller identifying as HMRC - DO NOT CALL. if your concerned google HMRC and call them directly :)

When I don t recognise an incoming call, I now dont speak....and then I find that if it s a dodgy call the caller hangs up, also without speaking. This happened with this number this morning.
