Older person came out of hospital today to find call from this number purporting to be from "Lisa at HMRC" and saying that there is a serious lawsuit against the person and he must ring the number :( :( Person is registered with TPS.

Last night I logged in to my online O2 account and looked at different phones (as you do). This morning I got a call from this number asking if I was happy with my current phone deal. Coincidence? I think not. I always remind them that my current deal was previously recommended by them and then ask, if it can be bettered will they offer me compensation for giving me bad advice in the first place?
