Total Gits Activ Kapital, using an Oxford phone number but are based elsewhere, London Im sure. Ive got a Truecall Unit and have blocked this number with Many others and its taken time to block so many numbers, but Now have peace and quiet :-)

Recorded message 1/8/18 9:30am about "Windows scrappage scheme" a "government initiative" press button to opt in press another button to be removed from list. I did nothing as I am concerned pressing a button can reroute call to a premium rate chargeable call. We are on TPS, renewed regularly, so this call is unlikely to be a reputable company.
