Missed call - Missed the call. Rang back out of curiosity and got the message "This number has been suspended through suspected misuse or fraud. If affected call..." and gave the Fraud Line Interestingly, I look at my Blocked Numbers log and I have in the past blocked 0161 636 3721 - 3726, so it must be an allocation bought up by someone dodgy who just flips the outgoing number when it gets burned.
Silent call
They are the collection department at three. It may be that a bill is a few days late, arrangement is due soon or alike. They are simply calling to find out when you can make payment. They are quite good and working with you to create a payment plan that is affordable and regular.
SCAM This is a scam number, texting people with a link customer changes payment . com, pretending to be Royal mail asking for payment for a underpaid post. Do not click on the link, or replay text or answer call from this no.
