This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. Probable SCAM left a garbled end of message on answerphone. Something about arranging for an engineer to call and fix something. I have nothing to be fixed and have not called anybody. The calling number is likely to be spoofed.

SCAM scam number saying someone has bought a ipad from my amazon account and to press 1, I think not.
SCAM / SPAM Openreach scam - recorded message that the Internet connection will be cut off, push 1 for operator. Indian(?) 'technician' then tries to get you to install TeamViewer QuickSupport so they can presumably compromise devices. Managed to keep them on the phone for 15 minutes so they couldn't scam someone else!
