They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract. Automated voice, claimed to be calling from customs tax revenue, threatened to issue a warrant if I didn't press 1, etc. Hung up as it's an obvious scam and that's not how warrants work.
