Automated call - recorded message saying was from HMRC and to confirm it's me by pressing 1 otherwise a warrant would be issued and I'd be arrested soon. Ignored as HMRC wouldn't disclose any personal info without first confirming data protection and they wouldn't call on a mobile number either.

I received a call today(20/11/14) I answer but they hung up. Tried to call back 5 min later but there was no response.
Asked how many phones in business. How many workers. Asked something else but reception was busy so I ended call.

Fraud Claimed to be calling from BT OpenReach Wanted me to do a speed test Then tried to get me to go to an unknown page which my Malware guard immediately flagged so I stopped doing what they said and just pretended. They claimed they were being communicated with by my router because "BT OpenReach is the overall supplier vi other companies in the UK as you know" After about 20 minutes they realised that I wasn't doing anything they said and rang off. This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!
