Some nonsense about the care/warranty package for my tv, cooker and washing machine. Asked for company name and gave me two different names. Then when he asked for the year I was born, I told him 1900 and he hung up. The bloke on the other end was really thick and gullible and I hope his wife leaves him and his mother sleeps with his best friend

Strange message from person named Lana, saying taking daughter to Aquarium this weekend and wanting to know if they were interested in coming. This number has been reported to o2 as spam. Unable to say if this is a spam number or genuine number sending message by mistake ... although i see it has now been reported 4 times in on day so i suspect its a Scam of some sort.

Court action was now under way. Press 1 to speak to an officer." I did this immediately, and a man with a near Asian accent, politely asked;"Can I help you?"

This number telephoned my mums phone saying about her life insurence policy. My mum passed away a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of a life insurence policy. I explained my mum didn’t have a life insurence policy and she has recently passed away. I was asking for details of the life insurence and he couldn’t answer my question. He apologised and hung up!!! Disgusting! Cold call that triggered me.

Scam caller - claimed to be from Virgin. I kept them on the line for a while then when I told them I was aware they were a scammer they immediately became very abusive. Vulnerable people could be taken in.

This is a scam number with an automated voice concerning an order from Amazon. I do not have an Amazon account. This call is likely from a scamming call centre in India. Not the first time I've been targeted, each time from a different number. I put the phone down. Recommended: programmes by Rav Wilding on BBC iPlayer and repeated on BBC1. His team have viewed such scams. The scammers get into your phone.

Comes unannounced and will go around property when you're out. Makes threats he can't cash. I hope he gets cancer and dies a slow and painful death. That's what he deserves. We received a call from 0141 555 4854 with a recorded message telling us of unauthorised transactions on our card? One was £300 for Amazon and then £1, something (I lost the will at this time). I could press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to the team. I have hung up ad blocked the number.but I know they can change the number to show anything they like. Why or why are the authorities not doing more to catch these scumbags.
