This number is a scam from someone pretending to be O2. Tried to get me to read out security code texted to me from O2 so they could gain access to my account

Please do not trust this person because he will use someone else’s bank account and steal your money. This guy poses to sell stuff on internet but once you’ve transferred money over to this guy he’ll disappear and stop answering his calls or he’ll keep on saying next day and make stories up. Couldn't understand caller, they cut me off. Possible scam.

They were pretending to be BT Openreach. Noise in the background and English speaking was poor. Tried to tell me my internet was poor and we’re about to get into asking for my details. I blocked the number.

These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

Pretended to be from D&G home-appliance insurance. After the spiel he asked for our bank details and said it was impossible to send documentation through the post. I would guess that many people have been taken in by this.

Said was from EE PROMOTIONAL team. Hung up as EE CALL from their contact centres and appear as an 03 number and not a domestic landline number. Caller was indian from their accent and dialect. Likely using a voip set up . Do not give details and hang up.

Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. Said they were contacting me about a problem I had with my house - suggesting it was rented / local authority. It's not so I said they had the wrong number and they hung up. an asian who spoke so fast that to start with it was impossible to understand and when asked to repeat it but slowly she said she was phoning to alert me that i had to pay another charge on my order. she said if i could give her my bank details amazon will debit it from my account. i have not brought any thing from amazon and i dont have an account with amazon never have and never will . beware of this number because these people are thieves and are not from amazon.
