They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal.
