North of England accent on the usual PPI robocall redirection, possessed of a script so rigid that they were still chewing their way through it as I told them where they could go and what they could do when they got there.

calls about ppi and life insurance. Its all a con they try and get sales that benefit them. Charging 35% plus vat for their "service" don t go through with it. I asked how they got my details and they said third party sources. Like who???

SCAM / SPAM I received an automated voice call from this number at 12:31, supposedly from Amazon Prime informing me that over £70 had been deducted for my membership and I should press "1" to speak to someone to discuss this. I hung up. I am not a member of Amazon Prime and have had calls like this before. I expect if I had spoken to someone, they would have asked for my bank account details so they could cancel it.

Someone called me from this number and asked me if I was "my own name". I stupidly confirmed it and then confirmed my email address. They started telling me about an iPad that I had won. <> <> <>
Then followed a lot of swearing on my part before they hung up.
Next time, if someone asks who I am, I ll ask who they are before hanging up.

Still getting the same PPI calls again from these morons once again. These are the same PPI cold callers, and I still play I play along with them with them when I answer the phone. I normally speak to a South African chap who then starts to get very aggressive and loud when I asked him simple questions repeats himself once again. Called claiming to be Scottish Power. I stupidly went through the security questions (address and DOB) as I am in process of leaving Scottish Power. He then said I had a balance to pay on the account and would I like to pay by card. I had suspicions though and said I would do it online - he asked why, at which point I was really suspicious and called up Scottish Power who didn t know the number, and said my account was in credit. Cold calling multiple times a week for the past few months. Calls sometimes silent, if not answered a pre recorded voicemail is left. I have explained multiple times that I have no interest in dealing with the company. Company reported to Ofcom October 2014
