I recieved a call from this number and I m glad I did. My elderly mother had been in pain for many years and after coming to her house I purchased a therapy pad and my mother has seen tremendous benefits. I don t know why this company has any negative reviews at all. Then again, so do even Apple and Microsoft.

I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.
