SCAM!!!! Called me about my Virgin Media internet (I don't have Virgin Media BTW). She asked if she was talking to the account holder. Told her that for security purposes I wanted her to give me a small part of the name or address to make sure it wasn't a scam (which I already knew it was) And she hung up without even saying goodbye! Fraud - This is a National Insurance scam where you are asked to press 1 - DO NOT PRESS 1 - CUT THEM OFF AND BLOCK THE NUMBER. It's an automated message that says your National Insurance number is about to be blocked for various illegal activities and if you don't act now one of their officers will be round the arrest you. According to Martin Lewis someone lost £8,000 this way. DON'T PRESS 1 - TERMINATE THE CALL AND BLOCK THE NUMBER - TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO

My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.
