Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1183282xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Automated call saying they are your internet service provider and they have detected illegal activity and will suspend the service....then there are options, press 1 for this, 2 for that.......stopped listening and terminated the call. Over the last two days, have received several calls all from different mobile numbers saying the same thing.
