Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 13767847xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with First assist about road accident. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Caller had Liverpool accent and said was from a company called ACA. Wanted to speak about a 'bump in the road' and possible compensation. I asked where she had got details from and was told it was from an 'opt-in provider' and when I asked for more details on who would be providing information on something that had not happened she hung up. An aggressively annoying female American voice asking for me by name, late evening, saying that it was a personal call, and refusing to say who they were, other than their Christian name, or why they were phoning.
