According to information provided from o2, this number may be calling my mailbox directly, rather than my phone, hence I dont hear my phone ring or receive a missed call notification - when i receive the voicemail, all i receive is a young asian boy singing down the phone in a language i cannot understand. When I explained that I did not have a phone line from BT any more, I asked how could he know that my internet connection had been compromised. What annoys me is swift are still sending me packs out to claim on other acts. They must be in on this scam. Where can I find out about act 1974. Sect 75 as I don’t think Barclaycard will refund now.
