THIS IS NOT BT, CALLED ME AND SAID THEY WERE FROM BT AND WERE REVERSING THEIR PRICE RISE AND WOULD SPEED UP MY BROADBAND SERVICE. ALARM BELLS WERE RINGING IN MY HEAD, HE DID NOT ASK FOR MY BANK DETAILS BUT DID ANSWER MY DATE OF BIRTH QUESTION. HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL ME WITH MY NEW UPGRADED DEAL. RANG BT STRAIGHT AFTER AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A SCAM!!! ONLY DETAILS I GAVE THE YOUNG BRITISH CALLER WAS MY DATE OF BIRTH :(
They claiming that they had refund for me . They have been calling for the last months they tried to take my back details I have stop them . Don’t let get on you computer. They were trying to steal information.
Despite repeatedly blocking, constantly being harrassed with phonecalls. Reminded them last time it was a breach of GDPR to have my details as I did not consent. Block and report.
