Called trying to arrange a survey of the property for Solar Panels, told that they were not trying to sell me anything (yeh right) but a surveyor just happens to be in the area. Made no mention of the fact that they were fined £80,000 last month by the ioc for lying to people over the phone.

Flagging 07716586953 as potentially dangerous. Did not answer the call and they left no voicemail. If it is a number that you do not recognize, do not answer! If it is a legitimate call then they would leave a voicemail (Not always the case as scammers can leave voicemails to try to convince that they are legit) Please be wary and block this number.

I had an email same as the comments above, and suspected it was a scam. Hope no-one else gets taken in.
Indian sounding man claiming to be Kevin Smith from Visa Security at Barclay Bank. I double checked the department and bank name and asked him what my name was, he said Kevin Smith. When I said that he just told me that his name was Kevin Smith he angrily asked why he would tell me his name and hung up.
A recorded message purporting to be about an outstanding customs payment, with an instruction to press 1 to avoid arrest. Did not press 1.
