The fact is that if you install a new boiler it has to have this rating but it does not refer to existing ones. Not only have I pressed the button to be removed from their database numerous times, I actually press the button to speak to them and told them I am not a householder and that their information is wrong and to remove me from their database, which they said they would. We invested in a home phone with a "nuisance call block" which, much like a mobile phone, allows us to save and block numbers. It s not quite the end of nuisance calls, BUT by googling every unknown number and diligently saving and blocking every nuisance call, we have seen a massive drop in the calls, we re down to approx 1-2/week when we were getting 4-7 calls/day. Silent call. Looked like a local call so being concerned that it may have been from Doctor/Hospital I called back. Got "The number you have dialled has not been recognised please check and try again". Probably a scam call sending fake number on caller display. Stay safe all.

I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
