Had a missed call from this number at 10.39 today 22/2/17. iPhone told me it from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Have now blocked the number.

I know alot of tgese are scam calls they are hoping you call or text back. I dony do this but alot of people might fall for it.
Second time today I ve had these people on the phone. A recorded message touting for oven cleaning trade. A nuisance call.
