SCAM - automated voice claiming a 'criminal case has been registered against you'
SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.
They call saying that our TV insurance has been reduced from the amount we are paying now and want to offer us the reduced price.
Made out that they were offical government debt collectors - when I said that I didnt have any debt he told me I had wasted his time
Answered the call and it was empty. No one spoke, just silence. So I hung up
