Had this as a missed call n my mobile. Called back on my land line as it is withheld. Really bad line but an American man called Jermaine said that they were from the Department of Budget and Spending. Said I d never heard of them and asked how they got my number. First he said my telephone provider and when I told him that was nonsense he then said from the Consumer Ombudsman, again I said what nonsense and Jermaine said he would remove my number from their records immediately.
