I guess the previous owner had to cancel the number because of debt collecter calls. I have never gave this number to anybody yet so I just ignore it. Looks like the debt collector doesnt have their address...

Someone using this number called several times eventually getting through to me. He sounded as though he was abroad, couldn t say my last name and asked if I remembered having an accident two years ago as he could help me get compensation. I asked why he would be interested in getting compensation for me and told me he was the Motor Insurer Bureau and that was what they did.
