Called several times over the last couple of weeks, never answered and they never leave a message

Texted me to say 'thank you' for completing the BT broadband survey, invited me to reply with "NEXT" to have Openreach carry out repairs free of charge. I had not completed a survey so it's obviously a scam. Very convincing text with no spelling mistakes.

Amazon SCAM Prime account expired charged annual subscription call number if you have a problem. Called several times.
