Said they were from Amazon and calling to renew Amazon Prime for £39.99. I told them we don't have Amazon Prime and didn't believe they were genuine. The call was terminated by them. Possibly a scam to get bank details.

A washing machine warranty call. Caller with a London accent asked for me by name and said the warranty on my washing machine was due to expire and that she just needed to update the paperwork and said it would actually be cheaper, started by asking to confirm my postcode & address. I said I didn't know the postcode, she asked if I'd moved, I said no. She said "(used my name) don't you want to renew the warranty on your washing machine?" I asked her who (used the name she had) was
