automated message claiming to be from HMRC suggesting there was a tax fraud under my name.
telephoned 4 times to say my computer had a virus and I must pay him to have it fixed - clearly a scam - Microsoft would not telephone me for any reason.

This is a marketing cold calling company. Blocked now.

When I answered the phone all I could hear were some voices in the background. No one actually spoke to me and the call was disconnected after a few seconds
Said he was calling from the city and wanted to make sure I was covered when the recession hits. I am surprised I allowed him to divulge this bunch of cow droppings as I usually hang up before the end of the sentence :-)
