Criminal and fraudster. I never answer. Located near Clitheroe and uses several other slightly different numbers. All of them come from the same specific area. Should be investigated by the local police and prosecuted.

One of a number of unrecognised numbers that have called me today. Rang off as soon as I answered. The only call that did not ring off was an automated system that sounded like a scam phishing for bank details.
