Text message purporting to be from HSBC. 'You have authorised a payment to Mr C Jones for £240....click the links to confirm'. I'm not an HSBC customer. Blocked the number.
It is HSBC credit cards they call if you miss a payment its the number that was at the bottom of my credit card statement from HSBC telling me I was in arrears.
Rang but did not answer when I picked up the phone --therefore it is suspect

called to say they did my ppi but then want to sell me life insurance saying they work for one family yet not a family phone number and i can do it my self on one one family web site. tried to force me to give bank details over the phone saying set up DD but on one family website they say nothing about this company, we fight any claim also known as we plan group, avoid avoid you can hear some one in the back ground telling the person on the phone what to say

SCAM Recorded voice claiming that my NI number had been used fraudulently and if I didn't press 1 I would be arrested immediately. Pish, foolish people. Don't fall for their stupid stunts.
